Using the site

Using the site means agreeing to the rules below. They are written to be read, so we kept them short.

Staying in control

Gamble only with money you can afford to lose. Limits take effect immediately; raising them takes effect after a cooling period.

Paying in and cashing out

Deposits start at £17. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid within 72 hours. Your bank or wallet may add its own processing time.

Age and residence

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to gamble where you live. One account per person, household and device.

Promotions and wagering

Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 45x before they can be withdrawn. Each promotion lists its own rules, which apply alongside these terms.

When we can act

Inactive accounts may be closed after a long period without play, after a notice by e-mail. Your remaining balance stays yours.

Verification

Verification is required for all players, whatever the amount. It usually takes less than a working day.

Account security

Keep your login details private; activity on your account is treated as yours. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has access.
